Our HIIT gets you to burn up to 1000 calories by alternating between cardio-intervals on the treadmill and weighted floor exercises. The workout reinvents the tools of the bootcamp trade and helps you slim down and get stronger.
You alternate between the self powered skillmill (a fancy word for a curved treadmill) and exercises on the ground or on the bench using the built-in weights.
