Sonic Sanctuary is a multi-sensory journey designed to reset the nervous system, rewire the subconscious and bring deep inner rest. KUNDALINI ACTIVATION

Anouk De Vlaeminck is a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher, and manager at YogaLoft Gent. Known for her gentle and grounding approach, she specializes in Yin Yoga; a slow-paced style that draws from traditional Chinese medicine, where postures are held for extended periods to stimulate energy channels in the subtle body. Anouk will guide a calming Yin Yoga session, inviting deep relaxation, inner balance, and mindful connection with the body.
DUO YOGA
Some journeys begin with a single step; Laurenz’s began on the mat. What started as a personal practice soon grew into a calling: a path that led him to educate himself in kids & family yoga, yin yoga, vinyasa yoga, and more. Each training added another layer, not just to his teaching, but to the way he understands movement, stillness, and the human spirit. Today, as the studio owner of Atelier du Mon in Antwerp, Laurenz invites every student on an inward journey. A journey back to creativity, to breath, to the beauty of one’s own body. Els Jageneau has been teaching tai chi and qi gong since 2017 at Rust in Beweging in Boechout. She was first introduced to tai chi in the 1980s and has been studying the sun style and qi Gong since 2008 under Kris Van Cappellen. Els is a certified instructor in tai chi for arthritis, for energy, and fall prevention through Dr. Paul Lam’s programs. In her workshop, Els invites you into the gentle art of tai chi, often described as “meditation in motion.”
VINYASA YOGA
Alya Mourad is a devoted yogini and instructor, calling both Beirut and Antwerp home. She completed her 200-hour ashtanga-vinyasa teacher training under Paul Dallaghan at Centered Yoga in Koh Samui, Thailand. Drawing from diverse yoga tradition; including vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, jivamukti, acro, and power yoga; Alya brings fluidity, strength and creativity to the mat. Join her for a dynamic vinyasa yoga session that weaves breath and movement into a joyful practice.

Ingrid Van Hoof is a certified qi gong instructor with the school Rust in Beweging. Xavier Le Clef is the founder of the holistic institute “Xavier Le Clef” and is a well-known figure in Antwerp. As an acupuncturist, osteopath, and physiotherapist, he approaches each patient holistically, with this integrative philosophy at the core of his treatments. With 20 years of experience in so-called alternative medicine, he offers a wide range of healing methods within his practice, including acupuncture, (micro)osteopathy, manual therapy, general physiotherapy, lymphatic drainage, and much more.

Ella-June Henrard is an actress, doula, and space holder with a deep connection to the spiritual path. Alongside her work on screen and stage, she guides women through cacao ceremonies, rituals, and energetic practices. The sacred cacao plant brought her closer to her intuition, femininity, and the natural rhythm of life. As a doula, she offers intuitive and heartfelt support to women in all phases of pregnancy & birth.
