Known for her gentle and grounding approach, she specializes in Yin Yoga; a slow-paced style that draws from traditional Chinese medicine, where postures are held for extended periods to stimulate energy channels in the subtle body. Anouk will guide a calming Yin Yoga session, inviting deep relaxation, inner balance, and mindful connection with the body.

DUO YOGA

What started as a personal practice soon grew into a calling: a path that led him to educate himself in kids & family yoga, yin yoga, vinyasa yoga, and more. Els Jageneau has been teaching tai chi and qi gong since 2017 at Rust in Beweging in Boechout. She was first introduced to tai chi in the 1980s and has been studying the sun style and qi Gong since 2008 under Kris Van Cappellen. Els is a certified instructor in tai chi for arthritis, for energy, and fall prevention through Dr. Paul Lam’s programs. In her workshop, Els invites you into the gentle art of tai chi, often described as “meditation in motion.”
